The Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority (EPRA), formerly ERC, will Wednesday morning unveil a new corporate identity.
The breakfast event will be graced by Energy Secretary Mr Charles Keter.
EPRA regulates both downstream and upstream petroleum, electricity, renewable energy such as solar and wind as well as cooking gas.
On Sunday, EPRA issued a notice invoked a transitional clause on enforcement of the new Liquefied Petroleum Gas regulations after members of the Energy Dealers Association felt the regulatory occasioning a would-be shortage crisis after police overzealously descended on those non-complying dealers in gas.
