President Kenyatta in a past Function
Government spokesperson Cyrus Oguna has said President Uhuru Kenyatta will not be proceeding on a one-month leave beginning December 15.
This comes a day after unconfirmed reports indicated the the head of state will be going for a month’s leave from December 15 to January 15, 2021 and will not be available on mail or on phone.
The allegations said to have originated from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs had been sent out in a statement to its officials.
The statement had directed that anything that required the head of State’s attention was to be sent to the Ministry’s Principle Secretary.
However, the government spokes person Cyrus Oguna took to twitter and posted the statement with a “FAKE” Stamp on the said-letter to Foreign Affairs officials.
On the other hand this elicited a debate online on which is true as a different document with the same information surface this time with a stamp many have termed a “Real”.
