The controversial lawyer Miguna Miguna now claims that the Kenyan embassy in Berlin is not complying with orders of Lady Justice Hedwig Ong’udi.

“I returned to the Kenyan Embassy,Berlin, with a physical copy of Justice Ong’udi’s Order of 22 Nov 2021 and copies of Dr Khaminwa’s emails to the Embassy and CS for Foreign Affairs. Ms. Mungai, Ms. Malinda and Mr. Karuma refused to comply with the Order. Videos to follow”, he tweeted Tuesday afternoon.

Mr Miguna’s journey from Canada was cut short when Air France declined to carry him last week on claims that a ‘red alert’ had been issued by the Kenya Government.

Mr Miguna’s lawyers then went to court.
